External Scenario Description
The External Scenario Description component enables the user to describe factors that are external to the System Domain (External Features, Events and Processes, or EFEPs). These factors can include climate characteristics such as temperature and rainfall. If calculations are undertaken over an extended period of time, the climate may change. The External Scenario Description component enables the user to specify events that may alter the evolution of the system.
